This kitchen and studio remodel reimagines an early-2000s transitional Craftsman home, bringing a modernized perspective while honoring its original character. The design builds upon the existing wood tones of the cabinetry, allowing them to remain a grounding element within the refreshed palette.
Crisp white accents introduced through the perimeter countertops and dimensional backsplash tile add clarity and vibrancy, brightening the space without overpowering it. At the center, the island countertop provides a warm, earthy contrast, anchoring the kitchen and unifying the surrounding materials with intention and balance.
Thoughtfully layered, this Craftsman kitchen renovation blends modern finishes with transitional sensibility, resulting in a space that feels cohesive, elevated, and well suited for both everyday living and creative use and storage solutions within the adjoining studio.
