CORSO

BEND, OREGON

This kitchen and studio remodel design provides a modernized style to this early 2000’s Transitional Craftsman. In working with the existing wood tones of the cabinets, crisp white accents from the perimeter countertop and dimensional backsplash tile exude vibrancy, while the island countertop offers a bright earthy contrast to unify the palette of this space.

BEFORE/AFTER TRANSFORMATION

Now, picture this: my dear husband, bless his heart (no, really), agrees to a remodel and BAM! Instant panic-attack mode activated in my head. I’m talking hyperventilation, folks. It’s like a whirlwind of options hits me right in the face—materials, colors, textures, and don’t even get me started on the timelines. Yikes!

But now, I have a secret weapon – or perhaps, my own personal super hero: Samantha McClintic from McClintic Interiors. Samantha descends from the heavens of design to rescue me from my impending meltdown. She’s like a mind reader, sifting through my wild ideas and tossing out the ones she knows I’d hate with a passion. Thanks to Samantha, the decision-making process becomes a walk in the park. She filters out the design disasters, making it easier for me to choose wisely and preventing future regrets.
